Strategic decisions tend to be reactive and lack thorough planning, creating a culture where risk-taking occurs without adequate foresight. The overall work environment is loud and disorganized, with little emphasis on respectful dialogue or effective collaboration. Social interactions after hours are heavily centered around alcohol, which may not resonate with everyone's personal or professional values. Additionally, the compensation package is limited to a fixed salary, with no supplementary benefits or incentives provided — a factor that may influence long-term retention and job satisfaction.

    The challengesOne of the most challenging tasks from the client’s side was planning a flawless event while working within a tight budget. Balancing high expectations with limited resources required careful decision-making, creative solutions, and trust in the event team’s expertise.

    The good thingsGood working environment, can learn a lot and fast grow. Colleagues is caring, wiling to help each other. Superior willing to teach and sharing. Most of the pressure is from company not from work. The management ignore the issues that staff voice out, and only look for someone to bear the mistake and problem. Endurance and patient will be well improve.
    The challengesVery disappointed that can't have a good time once the staff decided to resigned. Admin or HR will treat you totally different after resignation confirmed, such as checking all the conversation (email and PC) without permission, blocking the PC server to cause the job handover inconvenient. The way of talking is rude and very sarcastic.
