Family business company with relatives in management position.

The good thingsNothing to highlight.

The challengesLow market salaries. 99% staff are foreigners. Supervisors work like executives, attend weekly meetings, given various impossible task-follow up by bosses during weekly meeting-scolded when task incomplete. Micromanaged by incompetent bosses.

Position was assistant supervisor but salary was the same as an operator.

The good thingsNothing positive to say about this company.

The challengesNo proper safety (exposure to fumes and chemicals). Dirty toilets. Canteen surrounded by flies.
