    Orginasation & Leadership
    The good thingsEstablished training company. Can learn a lot fo trainings & facilitating.
    The challengesDisorganized, less training given from top bottom. Lack of communication skills among the managers thus shows their lack of leadership in guiding their staffs. Very high turnover of staffs here due to this.
