    The good thingsOver the 2 years with ECNet, I enjoy the flexible working hours and the fact that I do not have to report to office all the time except to collect my reimbursement or submit my claims. I also enjoy the fact that the company make an effort to organize staff dinner every month. It help us to know each other better and we work together better as a team.
    The challengesOne of the challenges I had was that sales team should never involve themselves with the delivery team after the sales is closed. Many times due to the promise of potential sales, my service team has to re-work everything for FREE just because the customer change their mind. My service team end-up very stressed due to tight schedule and we get blamed for not meeting the project delivery time-line.
