Good environment to learn, less benefit and remuneration
The good thingsColleagues take care others very well. Anything you dont know,we can ask the collegue and they will teach you step by step until you understand.
The challengesNo remuneration when working on Weekends and public holidays. Stingy with the benefit gor interns. Have to do OT eventhough sometime the workload is less.

    Best Place to Gain Experience
The good thingsI enjoyed my 2 years time here. Good colleagues, clean & nice office. If you perform well, then a bigger oppurtunities coming! Also, Salary is on time pay end of the month.
The challengesWide range of work field can be gained & learn, so need to be fast, multitask and have own initiative to solve problems.

Worst company I ever worked for
The good thingsColleagues and senior staff will guide you along the way. Thats the only best part of it.
The challengesSuper micro-managing director, workload, remuneration, no benefit, no allowance, no health benefit, HR is slow

This is a good place to learn and gain knowledge from the well experienced boss.
The good thingsGood and nice colleague. Can easily get along with all departments' staffs.
The challengesManagement should be more considerate towards employees. Do not keep on repeating by saying you will rather loose your employees than loose our clients. Once you take a good care of your employees, they will take a good care of your clients.

    Great exposure and experience
The good thingsAudit Principal and Audit Senior friendly, teaching a lot of things in audit lines. Valuable experience and exposure gained because this firm have many clients with different industries and teach the staff how to be the good leader
The challengesLack of staff would be the big challenges for entire department. More client coming in and shortage of staff make all in audit department stressful because need to meet the tight deadlines

The challengesit's a quite big firm with big clients. quite stressful when peak period comes.

    Worst decision ever made
The good thingsGood and helpful colleagues
The challengesWorking hard almost everyday, and forced to work during the weekends and public holidays without any additional benefits in terms of remuneration. I did not receive my bonus despite working for this company for 19 months.
