    The good thingsThe culture in the Company is good, positive team member and we can work in harmony and calm despite in pressure and stress situation. We get 3 times bonus payment. Performance Bonus, Duit Raya and School

    The good thingsyes it is a valueble experiences for me when i got the internship at Radicare. I was learning the process of handling machines, how to repair it, read the manual book as references, make some homework about a machine after repair it. I'm also did manage some files, stocks and related to it because it is important to know what is going in and out of a company. Make sure be strong and keep in team.
    The challengesduring my internship, it is challenge for me as a woman to do the boy's work. But we will learn how to manage it day by day until we succeed to do it. Also, it is challenge to learn about new environment but it is good experience because we will notice the different character every people when we met them.

    A great place to learn and implement knowledge.
    The good thingsI have learn a lots about maintenance and not only focus on my specification (Civil) only, but at the same times i can learn about other services such as mechanical and electrical. All the staff there are very active and helpful, they help me a lot about how to use Asis and Rintis. I really love to work here.
    The challengesSometimes bundle of work comes at the same time usually early month and final months that need you to manage your time properly. But that no a great challenge if you can manage your time properly.

    I got an opportunity to repair and handle mainly machines that usually used for patients for example ventilators,hemodialiysis,syringe pump,defibrillators and others.
    The good thingsI enjoy being as a practical student here because i gain new knowledge about how to handle and repair machine with care.Being a technician,we must calm and do work properly because the machine used for patients and relate on their life.Hemodialysis machine one of the machine that i love to repair because you have to handle with care and find the causes first before operate the machine and make sure the calibration of the machine is accurate .
    The challengesBeing engineer or technician,we must to prepare ourself mentally and physically especially to adapt with environment and user with different behavior.Other than that,we must always prepare ourself because sometimes we have to work beside our working hours if the machine is breakdown and urgent to use for the patients.I have an experience follow my supervisor repair machine that breakdown in the operation room which the operation was start,so that being in this profession,we have to be brave.

    The good thingsyes, i enjoy work at Radicare because it was a great experience for being internship at there. All the staff at there was friendly and always help me if i can not do that work. At there also i earn about new system that before this i dont learn it at mu university. So i think it was a great experience that i learn at there for 6 month.
    The challengesThe challenges that i learn at there is how t solve all the problem that involve system at the hospital. Sometime we need to solve the big problem if it happening. It also will be challenging when the system is breakdown because all the system at hospital need to run 24 hours.

Learn how to manage our time management for handling breakdown and Plan Preventive Maintenance. Have a lot of training to develop skill and indirectly, give more benefit to the company in better service. Learn how to entertain with customer.
