    The good thingsQuite liberal work environment that allows some work life balance. A stable income place to work in.
    The challengesMuch room for improvement in terms of career growth, business diversifications and staff motivation. Bureaucratic processes barricades staff innovation and motivation. Not an ideal work place for young, innovative, aggressive career seeking individuals. Salary increament is painstakingly slow
