    The good thingsSome of the colleagues are the nicest people we can meet in our lifetime. Relax and laid back working conditions.
    The challengesThe management is the worst. Even between departments, it's very hard to work together as a team. I had a toxic manager. A life experience I wouldn't forget

    multi tasking
    The good thingsThis company teach their staff to be a multi task worker. Each worker will do more than one job which is not in their job scope only. It make the worker will have multi skill and learn new thing. I love this company because of the multi task concept, make me learn something new and improve my skills.
    The challengesCompany must give more rewards to their staff. For example, Annual Dinner, Company Trip, Bonus, give rewards to staff who achieve in their job. Staff also must get their salary suitable with their qualification and salary rate according to current economy. I hope this company will improve their management.
