    Bad management, didnt give chances and support for executive to the next career level. Not happy on your career growth and mental health. U will be sick of bad management

    The good things-given me the opportunity to involve in real scenario on how private company works. -departmental job specification. -Most department are very friendly and easy to work with. -Open my mind about the function of Human Resource, Administration, Procurement, land Office, Store office and Security and Safety departments.
    The challenges-time management and location (as the company start business hour from 7 a.m for office and located in Klian Intan) - Strict time line to be followed.
