    The good thingsRakanda Enterprise has a friendly and supportive work environment. The colleagues are helpful, and teamwork is strong across all departments. The company also has an employee club that organizes fun events and activities. These help strengthen team bonding and show great care for staff welfare.
    The challengesAs the company is still growing and planning to expand with more outlets, the pace of work can get quite fast. It can be challenging, but also a great opportunity to grow together with the company.
