    The upper bosses wont give you much time for you to prove your performance.

    The good thingsGood working environment and got a lot of job, able to gain many experience in the short time, the mentor mentee learning is quite strong, all is friendly but the working pressure is very stress and need to committed to all sort of job , must give the job before due date and has to rush, so be prepared with mind and your body, it good step for first start.
    The challengesIts about the salary and increment, which some overtime works is not worthy, you dint get the overtime claim monthly but by the whole 12 month,furthermore, the salary is to cheap for the someone hold the degree holder RM1,400 for the starting compare to others. further more, there some management also bias to their lovely people.
