    The good thingsPeople are kind, learning environment is great. Dont feel the office politic environment. Try their best to teach me from the basic level. As the company is sub company from japan. The KPI and KGI are very important and need to hit the work progress before due date.
    The challengesThe creation of ideas and the way of analyze problem. As the problem remain unresolve since the solution dont solve the root cause problem. The bug or error will keep repeating during the debug process for mobile app development. For tester, the challenges is understand the item need to be tested and test the function from user point of view.

    The good thingsIn Malaysia my first company is Rakuten trade (formerly knows as Eb global ventures) I worked with this company for 7 months.company is very good.more team work we can learn so many things in that company managers are very friendly with us we can share our opinions if it is correct they will implement that.one of the superb company in Malaysia.if I will get a chance I will work again for this company
