    Very bad environment
    The good thingsSorry to say, No good things here
    The challengesNo training. Challenges: difficult to communicate with foreign work. Environment : very dirty and fail 5s. Smelly environment. Company mange by incompetent staff. Management keep blaming : no solution. Turn over rate very high. Every month, the staff will resign for same position. In n out for 1-2month.

    The Management is the bad management I’ve ever met in this entire world.
    The good thingsNo good thing at all to be here. Salary is not on time sometimes. Worker’s OT had been cut off some more. The higher management blame other for no reason.

    Experiences of a former Ralco Plastic Employee
    The good thingsUnder the previous management there were a sense of purpose and direction for the staffs. We knew our role well and had good team work. Under the following owners, all of the above were missing.
    The challengesThe owners must have a clear sense of purpose of their role and direction for the company. They must also be aware of the challenges facing the company and deal with them in a professional approach.

    Most people work for satisfaction when enjoying a content remuneration
    The good thingsManagement are willing to promote suitable candidate to the job, and offer a good salary when they feel he/she is right person. Management encourage ideas and willing to listen to suggestion for company growth.
    The challengesImportant decision making always not involve relevant HOD but only for few managers that close to CEO. HOD found disrespectful on work arrangement and lost of work satisfaction. Superiors overlaping first line manager's authority and allow others peer interference make him difficult to lead the team. No probable evaluation done on bonus and increment as HOD has no right to propose for team.
