    Excellent Training Ground for Analysts
The good things2 years of working experiences in RAM Rating can be worth more than 4 years in other firms in the same industry. The ex-RAM analysts are well-received by head hunters and major financial institutions in Malaysia. Further, this was among the friendliest working environment with near-zero politics among coworkers.
The challengesBe ready to go through a life of intensive work and stress management with overtime if your learning objective takes precedence over salary growth.

A great company to begin your career
The good thingsRAM did a very great job in ensuring their analysts are well trained and always at the top of their game when it comes to their work. In terms of compensation, the Company does not under pay its Analysts and the benefits are pretty good. Bonus and increment are rather above average compared to the industry. Definitely will recommend for those who are starting their career.
The challengesBasically, a good company that provides decent training expects commensurable output from its Analysts. Some may find the work stressful due to the job requirement - Analysts has to be alert and have the cases on their fingers all the time. Rating process is not tough but the presentation of cases is rather stressful for some.
