    A good start for freshies.
The good things- Good working atmosphere. - Good team mate & team leader (often show you this & that, so that you can learn new stuffs about work). - Best people to hang around after working hour (I've made lots of new friends). - Learn to comply to extreme work conditions (it is hard but it is definitely worth for experience). - Give out the best you have & you'll be easily valued by top management.
The challenges- There is one time, I have to stay back (around 1 a.m) just to cater my last clients. He had a problem with his coverage, which I have informed him clearly before. It totally got carried away just because the customer repeatedly asking me to solve this matter right away, which it is out from my league. This kind of situation taught us to be professional in handling the designated task efficiently
