    Fun Company
The good thingsGreat platform to work with for entry level within recruitment. I think the best sourcer in the market can be found here.
The challengesIt was a fun company to work, bosses are nice and open but the pay was super low for the most of us. Most of us join the company with a pay cut.

The good things(1) Good people. (2) Good learning field for fresh grads / starter in recruitment. (3) Friendly environment (4) They paid well for non-sourcer * (5) Quarter bonus which is not equally easy to get. (If you're lucky- RM750). (6) Learn to differentiate between good and bad leaders. (7) Within a year, companies out there are willing to pay double from what you currently getting.
The challengesAdvise to the Management- (1) With sufficient training everyone can do the work, you do not need a degree to do the job. (2) As a recruitment company, get yourself a \"real\" HR who are trained and \"meant\" to be professional to take the role of HR. (3) Your \"Sourcer\" as the pillar of the business deserve higher pay compared to those who're not. (4) No commission + empty promises

    Career Experience with Randstad Sourceright
The good thingsThe good things that I enjoyed working at Randstad Sourceright is the people. The staffs are friendly and open to conversation. Lots of training's provided to brush up employee's with no experience. Fun filled environment to work, nevertheless support from mentors and superiors are always there for you. They started up with employee recognition recently to identify top performers among the staff.
The challengesThe challenges that most of them faced there are the resources to identify right fit candidate for each roles they are working on. Despite of placements done, can be low or high level positions, but no commission paid. Staff's get demotivated. The types of accounts we handle at times are not convincing as the most positions are very niche and they expect them to filled soonest as possible.
