    Good working environment
    The good thingsSmall family company. everyone is friendly and helpful. No work politics since its family based. And thus not much career development within the company. However, it has good working hours and can aspect to learn from ground which is suitable for fresh grads/young execs.
    The challengesNot much staffs. Need to be multitasking which is a good thing too whereby we can learn many things. Medical wise and Annual Leave is not much either Otherwise its a good learning background.

    The good thingsgood training, supervisor willing to take phone call at night when have problem with customer. Management help with small problem like logistics, even on weekend.. commission and sales benefit and allowance are good

    The good thingsFlexible time. Across many organizations, this is far by the most happiest environment that I have ever worked in. Both peers and superiors are equally helpful as they mostly down to earth and approachable.

    The good thingsworking office hour and freedom attire to work. enjoy working with people with teamwork.
    The challengesnot many benefit and low appreciation on senior staff. staff not enough and have to do multitask outside job description. salary payment late about 5th every month. increament salary also little.
