    Opportunity
    The good thingsThe company has many specialties and projects, we are able to learn more about other trade or specialties. The company is fast growing, most of us learn to cop up with the pressure. It educate us to be more manageable person and calm person.
    The challengesDue to many project at a time, one person in charge more than 10 projects at one time and most of the project located outstation. The challenges are to many meetings need to be attended and to meet up with all the date line.
