    The challengesThe night shift can be quite tiring as aircraft might arrive at 3-4 am but its nothing serious and you will get used to it after some time

    The good thingsThe only good thing you will gain a lot of knowledge if you’re looking for experience. Only colleagues with the same level as you will treat you with respect. People with a higher level position will treat you like you’re not important for the company.
    The challengesTerrible equipment, management, pays. The higher level will expect you to do everything perfectly and quick.

    In my department, it was a strong department which is i need to be more decipline and take care of all the Property of company.
    The good thingsYes, whenever i get this job are different into my previous studies, but i already learn more about the airlines services and also the good things is all staff here is so familiar and i was enjoyed to be part or staff for this company.
    The challengesI already passed some challenges like electric black out, facing more customer with a bad attitudes or other than that. For me, its not a job without challenges, it make me more and more to learn about it.
