    The good thingsGained a great team work and working experiences in teaching and educational industry. The management has provided the comprehensive training and support to the new comers. All the job scope has to follow the standard operating procedure to ensure and uphold the school standard.
    The challengesTime management is a crucial part in this company. Teacher has responsibilities to maintain the either student’s or parents satisfaction.

    The good thingsCustomer oriented. Good customer service. Doing well in ensuring students/ customers satisfaction. Standard curriculum and education materials. Provide good pay to employee. Nice and friendly colleagues. Didn't require much experience to join the company. Provide complete training to new staff. All materials shown to customers must be up to standard and avoid using confusing and unclear message.
    The challengesMultitasking in different role such as admin task, customer relationship, and educator task. Ensure all the task follow the standard set. Didn't emphasise on employee's job satisfaction. Inexperience trainer in managing new staff. Insufficient tools and not fully functional IT facility. Difficult to apply and get leave approval. Insufficient of manpower.No work and life balance.
