Great company to work with, has good benefits and respects employee
The good thingsBest work life balance and company respects and appreciates every single employee, giving them opportunities to grow. The company provides comfortable accommodation should there be team building and respects everyone's privacy. Not to mention, there is a lot of flexibility in working time and location.
The challengesCertain people are too comfortable with their own team members and is not friendly to new comers. Not to worry as this only apply to several people. This can make working on a certain task difficult.

Good work life balance, bad company
The good thingsGreat work life balance, convenient location and no long hours. Some people and departments were also very helpful and friendly.
The challengesManagement always seemed like they did not have any work to do. There was no system or hierarchy in place and people always seemed to think they were the boss. Work was unappreciated and some departments were made to feel less important or valuable.
