    The good thingsEnjoy learning during internship until become staff. Team is very helpful.
    The challengesI still can managed to handle the challenges. At first, it is quite difficult whenever involved the issues, but with several discussions and communication, all the issues can be managed.

    The good thingsLean staffs - from Senior Management down to clerical. Minimum politics, family like organisation.
    The challengesInadequate skills set to take on and cover most projects. Expectations are wrongly set to each department. Hiring versus skill sets versus company inspiration mismatch. Leveraging partners too much, in-house engineers product experience and skills sets is very low and non in existence.
