    good colleagues. but will i want to return there if the HOD wont change? NO
    The good thingsThe team is very dynamic, everyone was nice to each other. As a minority an adjustment to be close to the team would ofcourse take time. Managers protect the people.
    The challengesHOD is all from mainland China. not flexible at all. most of the things need to be improved from main language need to be english to their personality that love to force others.

    Better not to join, you will regret as they will give warning letters anytime they like to with not valid reason. You will feel threaten in the office when you work here.
    The good thingsThe workers are friendly
    The challengesBad Management , hires a manager to help fire some stuff in office, which the reason on warning letters doesn't match with your current situation. Simply drafting warning letters criticizing employee on poor performance.
