You can learn more and get paid better elsewhere
The good thingsYou don't need to know much to be get in and excel there. You just need to pretend you know a lot, like most of the people you'd be reporting to.
The challengesAlways adhoc tasks and don't follow any proper practices. Whatever you develop will probably be down the drain in a year's time. If it's not down the drain, you'd be maintaining the piece of garbage you churned out during the rush period. Management have no respect for doing things well, just fast. But if it breaks, it's your fault.

    This too shall pass!
The good thingsThere are so many wonderful things about working for the company. My favorite is probably the flexibility I have with my hours. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. A lot of employees here love their jobs because it looks great on a resume.
The challengesStaying engaged and motivated, dealing with change (new staff every month) and it’s a challenge for anyone to be creative because not much work to show.

    Tons of experience
The good thingsThe company working culture is extremely good for new employees. Easy to get to know fellow colleagues and the superiors are always eager to know about your well-being and if you have issues in the progress of your work.
The challengesCould be a bit challenging for some especially fresh graduates since the company requires everyone to be able to put in the required effort that is expected of you. Nevertheless, the employees over there are always willing to give in a helping hand.
