    not too good place gain experience but for need pay monthly its ok, find better company can give allowance for basic is better advise who want to try.
    The good thingseasy get time to manage your job done in time manner.
    The challengeslow pay salary without allowance below than average in malaysia , micro manage, management not plan output very well, bias and always change component to cheapest price and damage the pcb board and make it repair again and again, wasting time.

    Good place if you're looking for a laid back environment or planning to retire
    The good thingsMost of the people here are very friendly and supportive. Working environment is quite relaxing and not stressful. Increment is acceptable. Most likely will be involved in all process, one can learn all the things in manufacturing if he or she desires.
    The challengesSome personnel are quite difficult to dealt with. Personal growth depends on one's initiative, management doesn't have proper plan for professional growth. Overtime rate and bonus are on the lower side.
