    The good thingsThe company provides a good working environment with the necessary tools to do the job well. Tasks are clearly organized, and senior staff are knowledgeable and willing to share, which makes it a great place to learn and grow.
    The challengesSometimes there’s a rush of work that needs to be finished quickly, which can be tough at first but becomes easier with support from your teammates.

The fast-paced environment requires you to adapt quickly and manage stress effectively. While feedback is openly shared, which helps enhance your skills, this role is best suited for individuals who thrive under pressure and can work independently.

    The good thingsThe company provides a great working environment and essential tools such as a laptop, monitor, and mouse, ensuring I can work in optimal conditions. The project management is excellent, clearly outlining my tasks and focus areas. Additionally, the senior staff are highly knowledgeable and always willing to share their experience and teach me, which greatly enhances my learning and professional growth.
    The challengesHave to learn quickly and spend extra time understanding the project's coding structure. Seniors are sometimes busy, so need to be independent in figuring out solutions and persistently ask questions to get the necessary guidance.

    The good thingsI have been working at Red Ant Technology during the internship from Nov 2022 to May 2023, and I must say that I have had an excellent experience working here. Firstly, the work culture at the company is exceptional. the management team truly cares about us and work hard to crate a positive and inclusive work environment. There is a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork among colleagues during the whole internship, which makes it a pleasure to come to work every day. Additionally, the company also provide adequate flexibilities for the employees.
    The challengesDuring the internship at Red Ant Technology, while there are many great things about this company, there are also come challenges that I've encountered during my time here. One of the challenges I've faced is the programming languages and framework. Although I have self learnt for the programming languages that will be used in the company, but it is still not enough to be applied in the real project and it slowed down the pace on developing projects at first. It takes some time for me to overcome and adapt the issue. Furthermore, since the company is targeted to give the best user experiences for the user, the UI and UX is becoming more and more importance. It has a lot difference between the real life project and the college projects as it is not only functionalities but also user experience and it takes time for me to catch up for it.

    A great working and learning environment
    The good thingsRed Ant Technology provides a great working environment with the latest equipment for work, a pantry full of snacks, and a lot of coffee for coffee lovers. The synergy and how everyone gets along with each other is a highlight of the company. They are very friendly and are ever-ready to assist you when you are facing difficulties in a task.
    The challengesAt certain times there might be an influx of work and tasks which requires completion in a short amount of time which is difficult but gets easier along the way especially with the assistance of your peers.

    The good thingsAs an employee at this company, You will get the best equipment that will boost your productivity, Latest MacBook Pro, an External 4K monitor, high-end ergonomic chair that will not make you tired after sitting all day long. If you think there is anything that will help you work better, you can ask the employee and they will provide you. Free snack, coffee, and also your favorite soft-drink every day. Free company dinner on every occasion The best working environment I ever had.
