    The good thingsGood colleagues. Near to LRT Station. Five days & flexible hours 8:30am / 9:30am to 5:30pm/ 6:30pm. Got birthday celebaration every months.
    The challengesDifficult to get Halal food around the office. Poor Management Team with terrible opportunities for career development. Less salary. Benefit also less compare other company.

    The good thingsBusy environment with good strategic location. Fantastic team member and work as a team to achieve KPI target and company gold . Supportive operation and help full Managers, Team Leader and Operation Manager. Superb Management whom always care about their staff and provide meals every months. Provide good training and quiz to keep staff up to date and knowledge about product. Have quiz every month to test product knowledge.

    The challengesThey need to have better screening on promoting and hiring their staff. No proper management given as the managers cowboy-ing their authority and the lower rank staff gets the hit. Staff have to fend themselves for their rights. (worker rights)

    The good thingsThis is a new company. Most of the system and equiptment is still not sufficient for a staff to do their work. That is not the bad comment due to we are like a big family that complete each other. That make redone one of the first step for fresh graduate to gain experience
