I would advise potential candidates to carefully consider the challenges before joining.
The good things- The CRM system is user-friendly and advanced, making daily tasks more efficient. - Parking provided. - Redox provides sufficient tools and equipment to carry out work effectively. - Many of the product managers are supportive and approachable. You can easily achieve a solid work-life balance. You can leave the office on time every day, no need to worry about overtime. - Sales staff are encouraged to focus on office-based work and client calls instead of traveling to meet clients in person, which helps reduce travel expenses like petrol.
The challenges- Leadership here leaves much to be desired. The local management seems more interested in dodging issues than actually providing guidance or support to the team. - Sales numbers are heavily prioritized here, which can sometimes lead to other important contributions being overlooked and undervalued. - Communication within the team can be improved, as sales meetings are rare and may not always be as productive as they could be. As a result, employees often find themselves working independently. - Team-building activities and social events have been cut due to budget constraints, which has affected the sense of connection among colleagues. - Actual priorities like branch improvements and effective sales strategies are ignored. Micromanaging the small stuff while the big picture goes unnoticed. - There are perceptions of favoritism that aren't always addressed, which could be improved for a fairer environment. - Lack of opportunities for professional development and career advancement, which may affect long-term career growth.

old staff with poor attitude. No teamwork with few people.
The good thingsStill have few good staff and superior who can still hear ur voice and give supports. Plus the australia members and top management, all humble and helpful.
The challengesHard to get teamwork with few ppl (old staff) who always think they right. Always talk bad of other, gossip. Easily get mad and angry without reasons. Totally not helpful to new members
