    The good thingsI love the positive vibe here—management is supportive and encourages growth, and communication is always open. My colleagues are great too, always helpful and creating a fun, collaborative atmosphere.
    The challengesA challenge here can be the workload, especially during busy times. It can get overwhelming, but it's a good opportunity to improve time management and prioritize better.

    A decent place to work
    The good thingsThis company has lots of different GIS projects in Malaysia and also overseas, hence providing employees with limitless opportunity to learn. Pay wise is considered good if compared to other similar size company.
    The challengesProbably would be good if there is parking for the staff. However, this is not an issue for those taking public transportation.

    Honest review for technical team
    The good things1) If you want to learn many things especially related to GIS and software this suit you. 2) Team lead try to hear and solve issue/complain within team although not all successful but they try to. 3) Great supportive team
    The challengesThe most challenge is to grow your salary as the increment is not really good. Management need to be improve especially to appreciate staff more. Sometime PIC expect (not force) us to stay longer than usual working hour if want to get B and above in kpi rating. In another word kpi rating quite tough.
