    Don't settle for less, there are much better companies out there with better pay, better tech stack that will be helpful for own career, better management and more technically competent colleagues.
    The good thingsFlexible working hour. Short commuting time if residing in Puchong.
    The challengesTech stack used in company (Python) bad for career growth. Have to standby during public holiday and weekend. Development and planning of the system is parallel so be prepared to make a lot of changes to the program you are developing. Several seniors' technical skill is shockingly lacking so you cannot rely on them and most likely have to pick up their slack. High workload plus one man team. Below market pay, don't expect much.

    Good stepping stone for fresh graduate, you get the chance to learn many stuff if you have the passion and thirst to seek or new knowledge and improve yourself. Don’t expect people to spoon feed you or help you. Lack of career growth, bad management. Underestimate and looking down on the importance of software engineer in a company. No proper planning, Workload distribution does not align with available manpower resources.
    The good thingsGet to learn many new stuff. Good work life balance. Flexible working hours (department based)
    The challengesSteep learning curve for fresh graduate. Need to put considerable amount of effort to understand undocumented code. Not everyone in the department possess the required skills to help or give you good advice, need to do much of the exploration or improvement by yourself, don’t expect any senior to help you on that.

    The good thingsWorking time is flexible. Just a little bit of stress but not too much. Friendly colleague and no boundaries between bosses and normal staff. Always give priority to employee such as give employee welfare.
