Great company - Learn so much things and gain experiences.
The good thingsFor project department, I've learned overall process. Increments and performance bonus based on the KPI. More you work harder, more you gain. The colleagues also so helpful and superior understand the workload with your current situation. Also, had networking with overseas client and contractor can improve your communication skill.
The challengesThere are some period company had to cut the salary due to the Covid lockdown but I can tell, management really want to help, so vice versa. The % is small than others company.

    Good experience.
The good thingsGreat experience with good environment. Got a lot to learn and with really helpful team member. You wouldn't work independent and alone. Team member will support. Others department also easy to communicate. Got at least 1 month bonus per year. I really enjoyed work here.
The challengesWill be better if got overtime paid.

    Emphasizing on production work forces
The good thingsMy good supervisor is willing to teach subordinates everything about production process of furniture.
The challengesThe most challenging part is learning how to coordinate with all the inner department and carpenters. The terrible issues alway arise since you likely done all of your job. You need to do everything out of your job scale, except washing toilet. All of production leaders have their own tempers and supervisor has no absolute power to harness them.

    Totally unprofessional
The good thingsThe people are nice and helpful. However they could be unprofessional and bring personal preferences into the job review. Personally hate the system as you have to wipe your boss shoes to get a good pay.
The challengesThe working hours is ridiculous. 10 hours everyday with peanuts pay. The worst factor is that your lunch break could be only half an hour, so be very careful during the interview. Also the toilets are unisex, so don't freak out when you see a guy outside your door.
