    Great colleagues and supportive culture
The good thingsEveryone is supportive and willing to cover you on your leaves. Superiors are caring and attend to your concerns by checking with you from time to time. Very respectful towards your off-time and promote work-life balance.
The challengesNo mobile allowance despite heavy reliance on mobile phone calls for work.

Nice working environment where teamwork is valued
The good thingsManagers and seniors are helpful, learn to source the right candidate for the right job. A good place for fresh graduate to enhance their communication skills and recruitment skills, as long as you are willing to learn and improve.
The challengesKPI can be challenging, commission and increment is fully based on your individual performance.

Nice working environment with seniors to kindly guide
The good thingsMeet lots of customers, with different concerns and problems into their devices. It's your job to determine where'd gone wrong and is an interesting thing to do, non-repeatable (well device had their own flaws) job tasks and you'll have helpful seniors to guide you. good place to start off with IT knowledge.
The challengesfully emerges into Technical stuffs. Be ready to challenge more interesting and pesky troubleshootings with great seniors there

    A good start
The good thingsLearning opportunity is here. As long as you are willing to learn, the managing director is willing to provide you the chances to do so. Friendly colleagues. Although it is a sales environment, the colleague would always help you out for the questions (a very young environment). Be ready for sales.
The challengesAs it is a sales company, you will be pressured with number and sometimes you might lose yourself chasing numbers. However, when you get through it, you will become stronger and better.

Work life balance in Japanese company
The good thingsWork life balance for local staff, all staffs treat us like family, MD is very friendly and funny guys ever, Friday implement casual attire to all staff compare to other Japanese company. Suitable for fresh graduate who want to explore business solution/recruitment line/HR/Sales & Marketing for their career advancement.
The challengesKPI and sales target very high compare to other recruitment company. Company should concern support team (Admin/Researchers) who are helps them boost every monthly sales instead of sales team. Although sales is important for japanese, but as Malaysian already try their best to bring sales and profit to company instead of forcing them
