    Not good for career development

    Freshgrad's training ground, not recommend for long stay
    The good thingssalary still on time. You need to do literally almost everything and you learn more things.
    The challengesNo career advancement. Unhealthy working environment, where if you don't do OT or go back on time, is consider not OK No sense of belonging. Turnover rate is very high. Every month, employee is leaving. Less benefit.

    Good place if you dont have direction
    The good thingsColleagues are united
    The challengesI tend to working on something not in my field. I requested and feedback on this issue but it seems to be neglected all the time until certain extend I left the company. I just understood no matter how hard I worked on, I didn't get any appreciation and badly I got complaints from management. In fact, I was just doing something out of my strength.
