Experienced and dedicated teacher with a passion for creating engaging, student-centered learning environments and fostering academic and personal growth
The good thingsWhat I love most about my school is the sense of community. It’s a place where both students and staff feel supported, valued, and encouraged to grow. The collaborative spirit among colleagues creates an environment where ideas are shared freely.
The challengesOne area I find challenging is the workload and time constraints, especially when trying to balance teaching, planning, and administrative tasks. I sometimes wish there was more time and flexibility to focus on individual student needs or to develop creative lessons without feeling rushed.

The entire experience here is good except from the principal.
The good thingsThe educators are highly skilled professionals, dedicated to their roles with unwavering commitment. They consistently go above and beyond to meet the high expectations set by the current principal, often putting in long hours and extra effort. Despite their hard work and dedication, their contributions frequently go unrecognized and underappreciated.
The challengesThe principal tends to be highly impulsive, especially when faced with pressure from her superiors. Rather than managing that stress effectively, she often transfers it to her team, even when they are already performing well. Her leadership style is marked by a tendency to micromanage, as she struggles to relinquish control or trust her staff to handle tasks independently, regardless of their proven competence.

Excellent workplace for growth and navigating challenges.
The good thingsSupportive Work Environment: a positive and supportive work environment. The staff and administration are collaborative, creating a sense of unison among colleagues.
The challengesI faced a notable professional challenge related to overcoming imposter syndrome. The elevated standards and the presence of highly accomplished colleagues initially prompted introspection, fostering an environment of self-reflection regarding my capabilities.

From my experience as a teacher, I've witnessed several positive aspects in schools that directly impact teacher and student performance while addressing challenges effectively like for example is the implementation of regular professional development sessions, which enable teachers to continuously enhance their skills and stay updated with best practices.
The good thingsRegular feedback and assessment help both teachers and students adjust and grow. Despite challenges, collaboration among staff ensures every student's success and well-being remains a priority.
The challengesToo much activities/ events that makes it challenging to the teachers and students to achieve their academic goals.

Excellence environment to nurture yourself !!!
The good thingsThe school management styles has been improved as the school has been taken over by Global School Foundation. Currently, there are a lot of improvements in term of staff trainings, staff well beings and facilities provided. There is annual appraisal for the staff which makes us feel appreciated. Thank you GSF for the opportunity.
The challengesSometimes there will to many deadlines which you have to meet up. However, we can manage it with proper time management and by prioritizing the important and urgent works.

Working Regent has been a positive and enriching experience
The good thingsRegent International School has been taken over by Global Schools Foundation (GSF) and has undergone a complete transformation. As a former employee who left Regent and now back to working here, I completely love the working environment now. Benefits have increased. Proper Cambridge and other trainings are also probived. Moreover, we are moving into sustainability to improve our quality. Classrooms has been equipped with smartboard which makes our teaching experience fun as well.
The challengesDeadlines can be close sometimes but with proper planning, things can be improved. Facilities of the schools can be further improved as well.

"Exceptional educational experience, nurturing academic growth and personal development with a supportive community at Regent International School."
The good things"Having taught at Regent International School for 4 years, I can confidently say it's a place where both educators and students thrive. The supportive administration, collaborative environment, and dedication to academic excellence make it a truly exceptional institution. The professional development opportunities provided to teachers ensure that we are constantly growing and refining our skills to better serve our students. The school's commitment to innovation and creativity in the classroom fosters a dynamic learning environment where students are encouraged to think critically and explore their passions. As a teacher, I am proud to be a part of the Regent International School community and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an enriching and fulfilling teaching experience."
The challengesOne significant challenge is addressing the diverse needs of students in the classroom. Students come from different backgrounds, with varying learning styles, abilities, and levels of support at home. It's essential to differentiate instruction to meet these individual needs effectively, which requires careful planning and implementation.
