    Before joining, be aware of persistent salary delays, late EPF contributions, and unpaid tax deductions. HR lacks transparency, and leadership offers vague promises without real solutions. Crypto involvement adds financial instability. Employees deserve timely payments—they have families to support and responsibilities to uphold. A company’s success depends on its people, and financial obligations should always be a priority. If basic commitments like salaries and benefits aren’t met, it’s a red flag. Ensure you clarify all terms before signing an offer, especially regarding pay, notice periods, and financial stability. Choose wisely—your well-being matters.
    The good thingsCompetitive salary at first, but financial issues led to delayed pay, EPF, and taxes—my LHDN tax is still unpaid. Great team, but many resigned due to HR issues. Engaging projects with flexibility. Some supportive leaders. Good IT setup. Unlimited leave exists but is hard to get approval!
