    The challengesFast pace environment, need to work independently, run multiple task simultaneously. New joiner need to handle 3 projects in one time without training & the task also will be added every week.

    The good things1. A good place to start career, but not a place to stay. 2. The seniors are friendly, but sometimes motivational talks get too much.
    The challenges1. Although seniors are friendly, but most of the time they are very busy with their work and have little time to give proper training. 2. Average pay and benefits 3. Depends on department and role, the work life balance varies. 4. Management-wise, it's a typical "chinese company"

    The good thingsColleagues are friendly, there is almost none politics happening. Colleagues is also willing to teach, and most of them are fairly knowledgable.Coffee machine. Colleagues will share snacks occasionally.
    The challengesThe challenge would be how to spent effort, focus and time to meet customers' and also management's expectation. Your growth will also be stagnated, because you will be to busy in meeting deadlines, and also traning provided is close to none.

    The good thingsI am able to explore myself in dealing with variety of industries management team. Able to learn presentation skills and handle multiple projects and tasks .
    The challengesFast pace environment, limited projects time line and need to run multiple task simultaneously. When i was a new joiners, i need to handle 3 departments job without proper training and guidance. I also required to brief new coming Seniors to hands on with their job.

    The good thingsCooperative working environment among with others colleague. Management level able to given employee opportunity and really to spend and focus on employee career path. Salary range compare with others is up to standard, with very good profile and customer testimonial. Also dealing with many cooperate client and can learn a lot in different industry benefit.
    The challengesWorkload is must, employee need to spend more effort in understanding the concept and system. Might face difficulty in client supporting due to lack of manpower. Company is expending and this is the hard period and need work together with company and over come the hard time.
