Toxic Management. Almost every day I felt like I'm going to problematic place and not to work. Sometimes, I feel scared to wake up in the morning due to have to go work. Feel so stress until I got high BP.
The good thingsThe location to work.

    Environment
The good thingsI have a good environment of working in this company. I were surrounded by professional workers who will assist me whenever I face any difficulties. They also very supportive with me besides I also got a very good manager and supervisor whose very kind with me and really assist me in doing my work.
The challengesI cannot compromise working with co-workers who are having a bad day (moody) which bring up their problem into work. But, even how bad the situation are, it is depends on me how I want to react to the situation. So far, I still can handle that situation.

Overall, lots of things to do and can be stressful at times, but all of that cannot compare to the care given by the staff and managers who always help each other in achieving goals. A great place to work; interms of making money and even making contacts.
The good thingsThe people of course, everyone is very caring and understandable. No discrimination and always lend a hand when in trouble.
The challengesLoads of work! But that's a good thing; ensuring that you always have something to do instead of slacking.

    short, and wonderful
The good thingsHotel staff is very friendly, willing to teach me everything in hotel just because I never working in hotel. Department head is also willing to let me try handle a convention alone, give me the opportunities to manage manpower, learn management.
The challengesFor me, transport is the challenges in the period. First of all, I don't have my own transport, every working I was took public transport. In hotel line, the working shift is 7 a.m - 3 p.m, so meas that I need to take public transport at 5 a.m from Rawang, spam almost 1 hour on transport with every morning and afternoon. It's crazy
