    The challengesNo provide proper training & guidelines for new comers. High turnover & headcount is extremely LOW (compared to other plants) traditional minded management & over controlling. Underpaid.

    The challengesToo much reporting, and most of the time, within really short time frame. A lot of cost saving, company too aggressive in cost cutting, almost impossible to maintain equipment condition with minimal budget. In top mgt level, they like to work really long hours and expect the middle level managers to work the same way. Almost zero work-life balance. Weekends included
