    The good thingsThere are so many training provided, The salary just nice, Benefit is good if your level high enough. For certain position, your time is very flexible. Thats good. Overall i can say this place is good to start, but please dont expect too much.
    The challengesPeoples, most of the time about peoples. Not easy to handle people expectation. Most of them have traditional mind and hard to change. There are too many process, too many level of approval also. Office politics? yeah there are everywhere.
