    The challengesChange the top leader and mgmt team, lower levels wld be able to deliver as wanted. Too many busybodies in the mgmt team. Incapable top level unable to bring the company to another level.

    Skill Enhancement and Memorable Experience at Rentwise Sdn Bhd
    The good thingsWorking here give me a great chance to sharpen my excel skill especially in VLookup and how to handle between urgent and important task. This company also give me wonderful memory of annual dinner, birthday celebration, festive celebration which it may seem simple but it actually boost my spirit to work and create a strong bonding between the colleague and lead to better communication among us.
    The challengesI may have some difficulty in regards to their system as it did not fully centralized with all other department and some task need to be done manually. However, I heard that they will be having a great system that will make staff task become more fast and efficient.

    The challengesAttitude some of senior management are taugh and unpredictable. More on blaming culture and fingger pointing rather focus to improve the current issue and lack of teamwork. Mostly work very silo.
