    The good thingsGood handling in deliver SLA & RMA to customer and procedure in house. Good practice in delivering the schedule by the coordinator. The best benefit can earn here and management understand your responsible as family-man.Good bosses also for your career enhancements. The technical boss will guide you doing the good job and advise you how to deliver the task correctly and it will minimize your mistake.
    The challengesOld colleague always forgot to fill up technical form that will cause you delay service to customer needs. To understand communication between service coordinator and engineer sometime is challenging. During maintenance is crucial for replacing the senior because they already have working mark and sometimes when it not same customer will make noise.
