    Too many task & control
    The good thingsA place to get an experience and knowledge..but need to sacrifice your time due to everything need quick action and result. Staff and worker very friendly.
    The challengesNot able to arrange your task properly due to less support from top management. Not enough manpower to handle task. Difficult to control foreign worker.

    The good thingsMany things can be learned if you are interested in semiconductor industry. Occupied with almost complete machine in R&D dept let you understand the actual process at customer side.

    A good place to learn
    The good thingsJapanese managers are kind, they will not scold the employees. No politics issue. A mentor is assigned to new comers for guidance, newbies can easily catch up and learn quickly. Trust is given to employees to handle project independently, employees are being valued by the company
    The challengesMore opportunities should be given to local to get promoted to management level. Company emphasis on punctuality and lack of flexibility
