    The good thingsGood colleague. Great working environment (near the beach). Yearly bonus.
    The challengesFull of promises to squeeze the best out of you. In the end, nothing happen. Same salary, same position, added workload. Have to spend own money to acquire required hardware. No paid overtime.

    The good thingsBeautiful working place. certain office with beach view. Meals provided. Pool, sauna and gym whenever needed. Medical benefit. Insurance deduction by choice. Satisfaction bonus every year. Friendly and helping staff. Comfortable bilik solat for muslim. Flexible solat time for muslim.
    The challengesThe unexpected job despite daily routine. To keep self motivating and positive thinking all the time towards colleague's behavior.

    The good thingsNice working environment with friendly management & staffs. The company has strong company procedures & policies that everyone follows. Good staffs benefits including comfortable lodging. Very stable company.
    The challengesToo many procedures & policies that makes the resorts operations to get things done slow. The procedures & policies has also effect the employees working spirits. The demand of business pressure is great but without support.
