    The good things1.) Very challenging job. 2.) Get to travel. 3.) Need to built very good repo with client, travel agents and airlines in this industries as we need their support
    The challenges1.) Very challenging job and having hard time working with Singaporean due to they have high expectation from the market. 2.) The company should not compare each and every region sales target because of our East Malaysian market is different compare to West Malaysian.

    The good things- Good Employee Benefits (on Job Training, meals provided for selected departments, free transportation on selected timing, employee perks for various attractions and so on) - Friendly and Harmony working environment - Strict compliance to Laws and Regulations
