    The good thingsClosely knitted, no politics, no finger pointing culture as everyone takes collective responsibility, everyone's voice will be heard through out the hierarchy
    The challengesThe brand name is still developing within the Malaysia market, so for any sales person, that will be a challenge that needs to be faced when connecting with the client
