    Great place for fresh graduate, especially finance/banking/statistic graduate for first step in Finance investment or corporate industry.
    The good thingsDefinitely great place for fresh graduate regardless whether you are degree's graduate or masters graduate, who seeks for experience and knowledge in finance industry, especially on fund management company. Good and helpful colleagues (both in your own team and cross-department), good boss, corporate working environment.
    The challengesNo guaratee that you will be absorbed as permanent employee regardless how much you contribute. Highly shortage of vacancy seat for the demanding workload.

In fact, a company which is still in an infant stage in this industry that has been consistently performing well made me proud to those that made what it is today.
    The challengesFast pace and very competitive. It is in the mindset of this company that to survive in this industry, an employees should continously pursue avenues to improve and grow themselves. This might be difficult for those who are searching for a laid back work and to settle down and raising a family. However, time management is key in this adversity.
