worst company i have work in my life
The good thingsEverything also need to cut salary. Lunch only 45 minutes, late 1 minute deduct salary although in contract stated that lunch not less than 45 minutes. Compulsory tea break of 15 minutes but not allow people to rest during tea break. Very bad working environment with no clean air and clean office. Useless management where no proper internal control enforced. Never pay salary on time!
The challengesSalary should pay on time as everyone has own commitment. Have a proper internal control. The office is very dirty. Instead of splitting the rest time, is better to combine tea break into lunch time. The leaders should try to listen to employees and help to improve the company.
