    No advanced business logic, poor code management system
    The good thingsColleagues are friendly
    The challengesWork load is sometime not balance. High management like to control budget on salary increment, and sometime will last minute decide cancel incentive after announced. No further career opportunity as they evaluate the performance according to company budget to save money on appraisal.

    The good thingsThe people here enjoyed helping around. Even when they are bombarded with task, they can spare several minutes to hear your issue and points you towards the right personnel to solve your issues and questions.
