    Not worthwhile to work
The good thingsYou get to do everything.
The challenges-Man management were below par, still using method in 80'. -No Overtime pay, but sometimes you're required to work for 2 days straight. -Mean accountable Annual Leave. 8 days. You will need to take leave for Saturday as well and you're forced to take compulsory leave for CNY and annual trip -Basically no benefit at all. -No KPI assessment. If you're weaker worker in here. Congratulation, you will have same year end bonus and same annual trip as the hardworking one. They are treating all workers the same. Good news for the bad, bad news for the good. -Too much to write. Will stop here since they give paycheck on time.
