    The challengesStandard operating procedure available also it's not followed. You follow the process flow, you get scolded, you don't follow also get scolded. Imagine on eggshells most of the time.

    A Place to start , to learn, to live
    The good thingshandling independantly tasks given by division and learn lots of office administrative related work, apply and implement what have learnt, well organise and plan projects accordingly to the deadline given. Nice environment to work, good salary pay, good increment yearly, good staff affairs and benefits.
    The challengesTo set good protocol in every division, enhance using system via online service and communication, fully utilize manpower and existing headcounts, practising morning meeting/briefing to carry out daily work.

    The good thingsThe top management give free hand to individual department head to handle the task assigned. A friendly colleagues and happy working environments.
    The challengesA very tight budget provided, and company are still under struggle on the certain markets which being enter for long time. Need to seek for solutions on task assigned independently.
